Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Data, Analytics & AI Lead

- Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modelling.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms.

- PL-300 or equivalent Business Intelligence certification is highly desirable.

IT Support & Service Delivery Executive
The IT Support & Service Delivery Executive will provide reliable and user-focused technical support across the organisation while maintaining enterprise IT operations and service delivery standards.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 4–5 years of experience in IT support, service desk operations, IT operations, or IT service management.
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, endpoint devices, networking, printers, user accounts, and enterprise applications.
- Experience using an IT service management or helpdesk platform.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required.
