- Have obtained a minimum 230 score in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
- Have achieved at least five distinctions in WASSCE, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Have attended a public secondary school or a private secondary school where the applicant received a scholarship to attend.

Applicants must provide a provisional admission letter from a Federal University in Nigeria confirming admission into an eligible four-year degree programme.
The programme is specifically intended for students who are entering university and are in 100 level when applying.
