Applications are open for the She Code Africa Laptop Scholarship 2026. For many African women, the journey into tech begins with passion, and lives on with access, yet the biggest barrier is simple: a laptop. Without one, women are excluded from advanced opportunities.
The She Code Africa Laptop Scholarship was created to change this. By providing laptops to women in their community, She Code Africa removes one of the first and most critical obstacles to learning. These laptops become more than devices; they are bridges to training programs, mentorship, remote jobs, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
Benefits
- Selected beneficiaries will receive a brand-new laptop fully funded by HP and the selection will be based on your demonstrated interest in tech, clarity of goals, and how access to a laptop will support your growth.
Eligibility
- Open to women and girls in Adamawa, Ondo, Edo and Ebonyi State Nigeria, not just She Code Africa community members.
- If you’re passionate about tech but lack access to a personal laptop, this is your chance to apply.
Kindly note that male applicants, applicants with no tech skills and applicants who do not reside in any of the listed states (Adamawa, Ondo, Edo and Ebonyi State in Nigeria) will not be able to fill this form and will not be considered for this scholarship.
