Co-Impact is seeking an experienced Assistant, Philanthropy & Communications to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to its global Philanthropy & Communications team during a 13.5-month parental leave period. The position is fully remote and available to candidates who are authorized to live and work in the United Kingdom.

The role is based within Co-Impact’s Philanthropy & Communications department and offers an annual gross salary of USD 74,000, pro-rated monthly for the duration of the fixed-term contract and paid in the local currency equivalent. Role and Key Responsibilities

The Assistant will report to the Vice President, Philanthropy & Communications and support the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships Director, and wider team. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth operation of a globally distributed team working across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities will include providing executive and administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating international travel, processing expenses, and collaborating with other Assistants and Operations colleagues to coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.

The Assistant will also coordinate team meetings by handling scheduling, agendas, logistics, minutes, and follow-up actions. Additional duties will include supporting webinars, workshops, internal meetings, presentations, and other virtual or in-person engagements.

CRM and Knowledge Management

An important component of the position involves maintaining accurate organizational information and supporting knowledge management. The Assistant will use Salesforce to create and update contacts, organizations, and funding opportunities.

The role will also involve uploading meeting notes and engagement records, assisting with the movement of funding opportunities through the Salesforce pipeline, and maintaining high data-quality standards.

The successful candidate will help maintain organized Box folders and document-management systems so that important information remains accessible to members of the global team.

Candidate Qualifications

Co-Impact is looking for a highly organized professional with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of experience supporting senior executives and globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Candidates should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is also required.

Relevant experience should include international travel coordination, calendar management, expense administration, and executive support. Experience in philanthropy, nonprofit organizations, or international development is desirable but is not essential.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding organizational and prioritization skills and be able to manage multiple competing demands independently. Strong attention to detail, discretion, professionalism, and reliable follow-through are essential.

Candidates should also be proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-focused. The ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, teams, and time zones is particularly important for this global role.
