At the Senior level, the successful candidate will have responsibility for an entire group of product modules, including direction-setting, cycle planning and mentorship alongside product leads.
Key responsibilities include:
• Owning product modules from business objectives and merchant needs through to shipped features.
• Conducting product discovery and researching payment industry capabilities, provider features and payment rails.
• Translating research and merchant requirements into clear product recommendations.
• Preparing product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Reviewing API documentation and webhook payloads and understanding payment flows.
• Working with engineering and support teams to investigate merchant integration issues.
• Communicating solutions and timelines clearly to merchants.
• Monitoring metrics including authorization rates, conversion, payment failures, recovery and transaction costs.
• Participating in product prioritisation, cycle planning and roadmap decisions.
• Preparing release notes and enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Presenting new and developing features through internal “Behind the Build” sessions.
Qualifications and Experience

For the Mid-Level Product Manager position, candidates should generally have:
• 2–3 years of product management experience or experience in a closely related role.
• Experience in areas such as solutions engineering, technical account management or product analysis may also be relevant.
• The ability to understand API documentation and JSON payloads.
• Familiarity with webhooks, retries and payment failure scenarios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A data-driven and detail-oriented approach to product decisions.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, customer success and merchants.
For the Senior Product Manager position, candidates are expected to have at least four years of experience, including hands-on payments product experience.
Payments and Fintech Experience Advantage
Experience in payments, fintech or B2B SaaS would be advantageous. Candidates familiar with payment orchestration, card scheme requirements or emerging-market payment methods may also have an advantage.
Experience working with merchants or enterprise customers across MENA and GCC markets is considered an additional benefit.
MoneyHash states that applicants do not need to meet every requirement. The company emphasises learning ability and has designed its recruitment process to assess how quickly candidates can understand and work within the payments domain.
