About the Scholarship and Communications Coordinator Role

CBM is seeking a skilled communications professional to support the Inclusive Health Initiative by managing communications activities and coordinating scholarship programmes.

Key Responsibilities

The Scholarship and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

Lead Communications Strategy

The coordinator will develop and implement communications strategies for the Inclusive Health Initiative.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning communication activities

  • Supporting organisational messaging

Produce Communications Content

The role involves creating high-quality communications materials, including:

Coordinate Scholarship Programmes

The coordinator will manage the full scholarship lifecycle, including:

The role ensures scholarship activities are delivered efficiently and transparently.

Manage Stakeholder Relationships

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

Education

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

  • Communications
  • Journalism
  • Marketing
  • International Development
  • Related fields

Professional Experience

Candidates should have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in communications
  • Experience in international development, health, innovation, or entrepreneurship sectors
  • Experience managing communication outputs
  • Experience producing professional publications

Experience with scholarship, education, or training programmes is an advantage.
