Applications for the BRI Gadjah Mada Business Case Competition 2026 are now open. The BRI Gadjah Mada Business Case Competition is a manifestation of Gadjah Mada University’s (UGM) mission to prepare Indonesian leaders in the digital era.

This competition is one of BRI and UGM’s collaborative efforts to provide a place for learning and mentoring by the nation’s best leaders in the business field of Indonesia. Their mission is to empower students and organizations through innovation, collaboration, and sustainable excellence.

Categories

  • Undergraduate Student (S1): Showcase your best analytical skills through a prestigious international business case competition designed for undergraduate students globally. Compete through Pre-Competition, IBCC I, and IBCC II Final.
  • Graduate Student (S2): Prove your business strategy expertise at the postgraduate level. Compete through Pre-Competition, IBCC I, and IBCC II Final for prestigious awards with Bank Rakyat Indonesia.

Prizes

  • Winners will receive cash prizes, award certificates, as well as career opportunities and recognition by Bank Rakyat Indonesia.

Eligibility

  • Open to active Undergraduate (S1) and Graduate (S2) students from universities internationally.
  • All participating teams must uphold integrity and academic ethics, including no plagiarism.
  • Each team consists of 3 students from the same university, at least one student from Faculty of Economics and Business, while the remaining may come from other schools/majors.
  • Each team member must be an active S1 or S2 student with a letter of introduction.
  • Winners of IBCC II 2024 (Final) cannot repeat the same category in 2026.
