About the Scholarship and Communications Coordinator Role
CBM is seeking a skilled communications professional to support the Inclusive Health Initiative by managing communications activities and coordinating scholarship programmes.

Key Responsibilities
The Scholarship and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
Lead Communications Strategy
The coordinator will develop and implement communications strategies for the Inclusive Health Initiative.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning communication activities

- Increasing visibility of initiatives
- Supporting organisational messaging
Produce Communications Content
The role involves creating high-quality communications materials, including:
- Case studies

Coordinate Scholarship Programmes
The coordinator will manage the full scholarship lifecycle, including:

The role ensures scholarship activities are delivered efficiently and transparently.
Manage Stakeholder Relationships

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Education
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

Professional Experience
Candidates should have:
- At least 7 years of experience in communications
- Experience in international development, health, innovation, or entrepreneurship sectors
- Experience managing communication outputs
- Experience producing professional publications
Experience with scholarship, education, or training programmes is an advantage.
