- Experience working with social media publishing tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or Opal

- Experience communicating complex global issues including health, poverty, education, climate, and gender equality
- Experience in agency, marketing, or communications environments
- Ability to contribute to or produce video and graphic content for digital platforms
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools for editing and design
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders

The position is full-time, with competitive compensation based on experience and location. The salary range is:
- $118,200 – $177,200 USD annually
- $130,000 – $195,000 USD for Seattle and Washington D.C.-based roles
