Applications are open for the HIP Impact Accelerator Program 2026. The Impact Accelerator Program (IAP) is a free 6-week virtual program that helps experienced professionals transition into high-impact careers. It helps skilled professionals achieve real-world impact through evidence-based tools and community support.
The program offers:
- Cohort Sessions: Meet your cohort of 5 experienced professionals from diverse fields for 1.5 hrs per week, led by a trained facilitator.
- Structured Content: Access a guided workbook that organizes reading materials and action steps into clear, manageable weekly sections.
- Global Network: Access a global network of experienced professionals who are on a similar journey.
- Post-program Support: You continue to remain part of the community after the program with virtual sessions and an active Slack group.
