Applications are open for the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2026. Since 2012, the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) program has brought together over 40 emerging leaders each year, from Africa and across the Atlantic Basin, who are actively shaping policy, business, and societal debates.
Now in its 13th edition, the ADEL program has become a reference platform for connecting high-impact professionals to global conversations and long-term networks of influence. Bringing together emerging leaders from the public sector, private sector, think tanks, academia, and civil society, the program offers a unique opportunity to engage in a space where ideas, perspectives, and decision-making intersect.

Eligibility
The ADEL program is intended for professionals ready to engage in high-level, cross-sector discussions and contribute to a broader international conversation. Applicants should:
- Be 25–35 years old (as of December 6, 2026)
- Be fluent in English
- Be citizens or residents of countries in Africa or across the Atlantic Basin (Europe, the Americas, and the Caribbean)
- Have significant professional experience in their field
- Be engaged in roles involving responsibility, influence, or decision-making
- Be available for the full program period (December 6–12, 2026)
