Wits Health Consortium (Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of the Witwatersrand, is offering multiple Youth Employment Services (YES) opportunities for unemployed young South Africans through its Yes4Youth Programme for 2026/2027.

The programme aims to support unemployed youth by providing opportunities for employment experience, income generation, skills development and personal development.

A total of 23 positions are available across administrative, finance, human resources, grants, legal, procurement, risk and compliance, training, fleet and operational support functions.

All positions are based in Gauteng, South Africa, and are offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

About the Wits Health Consortium YES Programme

The Wits Health Consortium is hosting the Yes4Youth Programme for 2026/2027 as part of efforts aimed at helping unemployed young people gain valuable workplace exposure.

The programme is intended to transform the lives of unemployed youth by enabling them to access new employment opportunities while developing important professional and personal skills.

For young graduates and school leavers who meet the requirements, the programme can provide an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional working environment over a 12-month period.

Risk and Compliance Administrator – 2 Positions

Two opportunities are available in risk and compliance.

The desirable qualifications differ between the available positions:

  • One position requires a Degree in Risk Management or a related field.
  • One position requires a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.

Finance Administrator – 5 Positions

Reference: YES002

Five Finance Administrator positions are available.

  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance, or
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Training Administrator – 1 Position

One Training Administrator opportunity is available.
