Applications are invited for the Zoombassador Program 2026. 15 creator-entrepreneurs. Six months. A partnership program to help you tell the story of how your business runs — and grows — with Zoom. Are you ready?

Most brand deals only come with a brief, a deadline, and a flat fee. The Zoombassador program is different. They want to grow together — and build something actually meaningful.

The short version: the program lasts six months and includes:

• Access to professional-grade work tools from Zoom and their partners
• Perks and paid content opportunities
• Networking with 14 other creators building real things (like you!)
• Opportunities for coaching, visibility, and access to Zoom leadership and partners

In exchange, you show up. You use the tools. You tell your followers about it. And you give Zoom a window into how you actually run your business, so they can make their products better for creators like you.

Benefits

• All participating Zoombassadors receive monetary compensation to start. They will also offer regular paid content opportunities, like challenges, speaking opportunities, co-creation programs, and events — all optional.
• During your six months as a Zoombassador, you’ll get complimentary access to tools to run your business, including:
  • A Zoom license (Meetings, Productivity Suite, AI tools, & more)
  • A Bonsai by Zoom license (for contracts, invoicing, project management, & proposals)
  • A Canva Pro license (from our friends at Canva)
  • A creator business essentials kit, including our highly coveted “You’re on Mute” gear
  • Early access & feedback opportunities for new Zoom releases
  • Dedicated product support throughout the program
• They also want Zoombassadors to get credibility that lasts beyond the program. That includes:
  • Getting featured on Zoom’s owned channels
  • PR support for sharing your ambassador status
  • Coaching sessions with Zoom executives and influencer industry leaders
• Monthly cohort calls with subject matter experts, Zoom leaders, and partners who are genuinely worth your time
• A private community channel just for Zoombassadors
• Opportunities for direct, meaningful access to Zoom leadership
• Consideration to attend signature industry events with Zoom

Eligibility

• Open to creator-entrepreneurs.
• They may be from anywhere in the world.

Commitment

The minimum commitment they ask for:

• Post one video across channels showing how you use the Zoombassador toolset.
• Attend monthly one-hour cohort calls (virtual & recorded, so you can revisit any session).
• Use the tools and share how they fit into your actual workflow or give feedback on how to level them up.
• Be present in the community chat channel. Cheer each other on.
• Give honest feedback.
• Monthly optional extras — a quick story, a case study video, an engagement sprint.
