Applications are open for the Youth Will LEAD (Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy, & Development) Fellowship 2026. At Youth Will, they believe young people deserve the freedom to pursue careers that bring them joy and fulfillment—not just those deemed valuable by society or family. The “traditional” path is no longer a guaranteed win. Instead, it often leaves young people with mismatched jobs and overwhelming debt.
This outdated expectation isn’t just a financial burden, it’s a mental health crisis. They are here to change the narrative. By championing alternative pathways and accessible education, they empower young people to build stable, passionate, and sustainable futures on their own terms.
Benefits
- Fellows will receive a $1,500 stipend for their participation.
Eligibility
- Must be 18-25 years old at the time of the fellowship;
- Must be based in San Diego County;
- Must be available for all fellowship dates.
Application
- The fellowship will run for six-weeks over the summer.
- All sessions will be in person at 10AM – 2:30PM
- Session dates:
- June 13th, June 20th, June 27th, July 11th, July 18th, and July 25th
