The Tree of Life Trust (Fondazione L’Albero Della Vita), through the WINGS (Work Inclusion, Growth & Sustainability for Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities) Project, is inviting applications for the WINGS Homecare Management Scholarship 2026.
Supported by the Italian Cooperation, the scholarship aims to create sustainable pathways to employment and economic independence for women by providing practical, market-relevant training in the rapidly growing domestic and homecare support services sector.
Successful applicants will receive access to professional training in Homecare Management, equipping them with practical skills, workplace readiness, and opportunities for dignified and sustainable employment.

About the WINGS Scholarship
The WINGS Homecare Management Scholarship has been designed to empower women through skills development and workforce inclusion. The programme focuses on preparing participants for careers in homecare and domestic support services, sectors that continue to experience growing demand for qualified professionals.
The scholarship combines technical training with professional standards, career preparation, and employment-oriented learning experiences.
