About the Role
The AI Transformation Associate/Senior Associate will support both internal and external AI transformation projects. Depending on organizational priorities, the role may focus entirely on internal transformation initiatives, external advisory engagements, or a combination of both.
The position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience deploying generative AI solutions, building AI-powered workflows, supporting technology adoption, and helping organizations navigate the opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Project and Engagement Delivery
The successful candidate will:
- Manage individual workstreams within AI advisory engagements.
- Develop presentations, reports, technical documentation, and strategic recommendations.
- Support relationship management with clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines.
Discovery and Workflow Analysis
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting interviews and user research to identify operational bottlenecks.
- Mapping organizational workflows and user journeys.
- Identifying high-impact AI use cases.
- Assessing feasibility, risks, and expected returns from AI interventions.
Building and Deploying AI Solutions
The role will involve:
- Developing customized AI agents such as CustomGPTs, Claude Projects, and similar tools.
- Creating low-code and no-code automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make, and n8n.
- Organizing institutional knowledge and datasets to improve AI performance.
- Supporting workflow integration across communication and productivity platforms.
Change Management and Adoption
The Associate/Senior Associate will:
- Facilitate AI training workshops and learning sessions.
- Design practical learning materials and user guides.
- Support AI champions across teams.
- Help organizations increase adoption and usage of AI solutions.
Impact Measurement and Governance
Key activities include:
- Measuring the effectiveness of AI deployments.
- Conducting surveys, interviews, and performance analyses.
- Testing AI tools for quality, reliability, and potential risks.
- Supporting implementation of ethical AI and data governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
IDinsight is looking for candidates who combine consulting skills, technological curiosity, product thinking, and strong execution capabilities.
Applicants should possess:
- Commitment to IDinsight’s mission and values.
- Between 2 and 6 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, product operations, or related fields.
- Strong familiarity with generative AI and large language models.
- Daily experience using AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and workflow automations.
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience conducting user research and translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Ability to analyze data using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
